Toby London Levine

Toby’s perspective stems from her extensive experience working with top agents within the luxury resale and new development markets in the greater New York City area.  She has dedicated her career to advising clients on their key strategic, structural, and stylistic decisions.

Most recently, Toby was the Managing Director of The Doyle Team at Compass, a Real Trends-ranked top 30 small team in New York City.  In this role, Toby served as the right hand to the principal agent on over $250 million of luxury resale transactions.  Her responsibilities included overseeing the life cycle of each transaction, managing the four agent team’s forecast and pipeline, developing goals and action plans, formalizing standard processes, crafting the team’s new branding, and supervising day-to-day activities.  She was also responsible for all listing marketing initiatives, conducting showings, creating comparable reports, and for ensuring a positive client experience.  Toby’s efforts contributed towards a 100+% increase in production volume during her tenure with The Doyle Team.  

Prior to her role with The Doyle Team, Toby was a Project Manager with Compass Development Marketing Group, where she advised developers through the design, branding, marketing and sales phases for luxury residential projects in New York City and New England.  Before joining Compass, Toby learned the owner/operator perspective by working in-house for a developer.  Toby has managed a total of 17 new development projects with a sellout volume of $3 billion. 

Toby graduated from The George Washington University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and then completed graduate coursework in Interior Architecture and Design at Drexel University.
